At Selkbag New Zealand Limited we want to provide the best possible customer service, via clear communication and prompt delivery of this quality product. Please read all details and ask questions if clarification is required.
Once you have placed your order, an automatic email will be sent back with account details, delivery address conformation and required details (colour, size).
Orders will be dispatched after all funds have cleared (usually 48hours Mon – Fri). If there are any problems, we will let you know A.S.A.P. Orders will be couriered.
Prices are subject to change without notice (beyond our control) but we will endeavour to keep our customers informed.
After consulting sizing charts first, please email us if you are in doubt which Selkbag size to order, and we will suggest the appropriate size.
Warranties – 1 year from purchase covers defective materials and workmanship. Please refer to our Warranty policy.
Returns need to be approved by Selkbag NZ Ltd before returning. Please refer to returns process (returned Selkbags must be unused).
