Warranty Policy

We warrant every Selkbag for a period of 12 months to be free of manufacturer defects.

Should you have a warranty issue, return the item to us, customer is responsible for return freight. We will repair it if possible or replace all valid warranty items.

Selkbag New Zealand Limited will send out the repaired/replaced Selkbag at our cost.

It is imperative that your returned item is clean. Please clean your Selkbag before returning it to us or cleaning charges must be assessed before a review can be made.

Your Selkbag should be sent via a traceable service such as a Courier. Selkbag New Zealand Limited cannot take responsibility for items that are lost in transit.

Normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, negligence, damage and use for a purpose other than for which it was designed, are not covered by the Selkbag New Zealand Limited warranty.

This warranty Statement does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Warranty Process

Contact us at Selkbag.co.nz and obtain a Return Authorisation (RA).

Provide location and date of purchase, i.e. Fieldays, via our website or other event.

We will provide you with an address to return your Selkbag to and required information.

Items returned without an RA will not be accepted.
